- Develop a good system to keep track of your accomplishments. We recommend that you use the AFJROTC Letterman Jacket Points form. Develop an EXCEL spread sheet to track you accomplishments. If you do not know how to use EXCEL, you may consult the Data Automations Department.
- Plan ahead! You will learn that this is very important. Keep your reports for reference.

- Write your report in essay narrative format with an introduction, body and conclusion. Use transitions. Your accomplishment report must be typed.
- Do a professional job communicating your activities.
- Include your name and dates that you did your accomplishment/s.
